A shirtless Justin Bieber was spotted on a beach in Mexico yesterday afternoon (January 7th, 2011), soaking up some sun and going for a jog. Justin and girlfriend Selena Gomez were also spotted relaxing and enjoying a vacation together. Both stars have incredibly busy schedules and its nice to see that they make time for each other.
